The Connect Platform by TRADO ("Platform", "Connect", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Windigotrade Pvt Ltd with registered address at H. No. 207, Village Jant, Lawan, Mahendragarh-123029, is a pure technology automation tool designed to facilitate the automated execution of cryptocurrency trading strategies on the exchanges via users' own API-connected accounts.

TRADO is not a broker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, research analyst, financial planner, fund manager, or any form of SEBI-registered or RBI-regulated financial intermediary. Nothing on the Connect Platform — including strategy listings, performance data, Marketplace content, automation features, webinars, educational materials, or any communication from TRADO or its team — constitutes, should be construed as, or is intended to be:

• Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument.

• Research analysis as defined under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

• Portfolio management services as defined under the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020.

• Financial planning or wealth management advice.

• A solicitation or offer to participate in any investment scheme, pooled fund, or managed account.

Users must exercise their own independent judgement and, where appropriate, consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor or qualified financial professional before making any trading or investment decisions.

1. No Guaranteed Returns

1.1 Absolute Prohibition on Assured Returns

TRADO categorically does not, and will never, guarantee, assure, promise, imply, or suggest any fixed, indicative, or expected return, profit, or financial outcome from the use of the Connect Platform or any strategy available on it.

1.2 Trading Involves Risk of Total Loss

By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency trading carries an extremely high level of risk. You may lose all or substantially more than your invested capital.

• Automated trading does not reduce or eliminate trading risk. Automation executes your strategy rules mechanically; it does not protect against adverse market movements, strategy failures, or execution errors.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical returns, backtested results, simulated data, or past live performance of any strategy listed on the Platform do not guarantee, represent, or predict future performance.

• Backtesting results are inherently limited. They do not account for real-world slippage, execution latency, partial fills, market impact, API outages, or changes in market conditions.

• Markets can move against any strategy rapidly and without warning. Significant drawdowns, extended losing streaks, and total capital loss are possible outcomes.

1.3 No Reliance on Strategy Performance Data

Any performance statistics, win rates, drawdown figures, trade counts, or return percentages displayed on the Platform for any Marketplace strategy are:

• Provided by the Strategy Provider for informational purposes only.

• Not verified, audited, validated, or endorsed by TRADO.

• Subject to inaccuracy, manipulation, or selective reporting.

• Not a guarantee of future results under any circumstances.

TRADO strongly urges all users to treat all performance data with extreme caution and to independently verify claims before subscribing to any strategy.

2. Not a Financial Service Provider

2.1 TRADO's Role

Connect by TRADO is exclusively a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform. Our role is limited to:

• Providing infrastructure for users to connect their own exchange's accounts via API.

• Facilitating the automated execution of user-configured trade signals.

• Hosting a Marketplace where strategy creators can list and subscribers can access automation strategies.

TRADO does not:

• Execute trades using its own discretion or judgement.

• Pool or manage user funds on behalf of users.

• Act as a counterparty to any trade.

• Provide personalised investment advice to any user.

• Hold any regulatory licence to offer financial services in India or any other jurisdiction.

2.2 SEBI Registration Status

TRADO (Windigotrade Pvt Ltd) is not registered with SEBI as a stock broker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, research analyst, or in any other capacity. If you require regulated financial advice, portfolio management, or research services, please engage a SEBI-registered entity.

3. Third-Party Strategy Providers

3.1 No Endorsement

Strategies listed on the Connect Marketplace are created and managed by independent third-party strategy creators ("Strategy Providers"). TRADO does not vet, verify, endorse, recommend, or take any responsibility for:

• The identity, credentials, SEBI registration status, or qualifications of any Strategy Provider.

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any strategy description, performance claim, or listing content.

• The suitability of any strategy for any individual user's financial situation or risk profile.

• The ongoing availability, continuity, or maintenance of any listed strategy.

3.2 Independent Due Diligence

All users are solely and entirely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before subscribing to any Marketplace strategy or copying any trader. Questions to ask before subscribing include:

• Are the performance claims realistic and verifiable?

• What is the maximum drawdown? Can I afford this risk?

• Is the strategy's trading frequency compatible with the exchange's fee structure?

• What happens to my open positions if the Strategy Provider delists the strategy?

3.3 Reporting Fraudulent Listings

If you encounter any Marketplace listing, user profile, or communication that:

• Claims guaranteed, assured, or fixed returns.

• Promises specific monthly profit percentages as certain outcomes.

• Solicits external funds or promotes an investment pool.

• Appears designed to mislead or defraud users.

Report it immediately to team@trado.trade. TRADO will investigate and take action, including strategy delisting, account termination, and regulatory reporting where appropriate.

4. Technology & Execution Disclaimer

4.1 Platform Reliability

While TRADO strives for maximum uptime and reliability (targeting 99.9% uptime), the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur.

4.2 Third-Party Dependency

Connect's core functionality depends on third-party APIs and infrastructure, including:

• Exchange API: Trade execution relies on the exchange's API. TRADO is not responsible for exchange API outages, rate limits, changes in API specifications, exchange downtime, or trading suspensions imposed by exchanges.

• TradingView: Webhook-based strategies depend on TradingView's alert delivery system. TRADO is not responsible for TradingView platform failures, alert delays, or subscription issues.

• Cloud & Network Infrastructure: Platform performance depends on cloud hosting providers and internet connectivity. TRADO is not liable for outages or degradation caused by infrastructure providers or ISPs.

4.3 Execution Risk

Automated trading via webhook or API does not guarantee:

• That every signal will result in a successfully placed order.

• That orders will be filled at the intended price (slippage may occur).

• That partial fills, order rejections, or execution delays will not happen.

• That stop-loss or exit orders will execute at their intended price in fast-moving markets.

All execution risk is borne entirely by the user.

TRADO is aware that fraudulent individuals or groups may attempt to impersonate TRADO representatives or the Connect Platform to deceive users. Please be vigilant:

• TRADO does not have any "premium" or "VIP" programs that guarantee higher returns for a fee.

• TRADO does not manage funds on your behalf. Any person claiming to manage your funds "through TRADO" is a scammer.

• TRADO does not operate any WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, or social media accounts that promise guaranteed returns from crypto trading strategies.

• TRADO will never ask you for your trading account password or full API secret key outside the official Platform at https://connect.trado.trade.

If you encounter any individual, group, or channel claiming affiliation with TRADO and offering guaranteed returns or funds management, do not engage and report it immediately to: team@trado.trade

7. No Liability for Trading Outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• TRADO, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any financial loss, trading loss, missed opportunity, loss of capital, or any other damage arising from your use of the Platform or from trades executed through your connected exchange's account.

• This includes losses arising from: strategy underperformance, execution failures, API outages, webhook misconfigurations, market crashes, exchange downtime, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory actions, or any other cause.

• Your trading activity is entirely your responsibility. TRADO is a technology tool — not a trading partner, advisor, or guarantor.

Any webinars, tutorials, blog posts, articles, strategy descriptions, or other educational or informational content provided by TRADO through the Connect Platform or associated channels is:

• Intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

• Not intended as, and should not be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to trade any specific instrument or strategy.

• Not tailored to the financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives of any individual user.
